We had a dream to produce our own animation and make a living from it. So we have formed a company in Sweden called Zygomatic Animation Studios AB, with the hopes of creating a series of short films, called Duffton Friends. Erik, the co-founder got his start here on Newgounds and is known for The Battle of Grim Island and 10 O'clock Postman.

Graduates of University West in Trollhättan, Sweden, we have endeavoured to create our own style of animation and want to build a new tradition of it in a country which doesn't actually produce very much animation.

Over the last four months we have struggled to support our company with commercial projects so that we could put a staggering 1100 hours into our first proof of concept, Duffton Friends: Signs of Trouble. (Youtube) We have really worked our arses off on this and hope someone likes it!
